Carol 致力為不同年齡與有需要的群體（包括兒童、青少年、成人、長者、照顧者及家庭）提供個人及小組表達藝術治療服務。在持續支援有特殊學習需要（如專注力不足／過度活躍症、自閉症譜系障礙等）學生及受情緒困擾青少年外，服務範疇亦及至成人身心健康、照顧者舒壓、長者身心支援及家庭關係等領域，以多元的表達藝術介入，陪伴處於不同生命階段的服務使用者探索內在資源、轉化生活挑戰，促進身心靈健康。

Carol 透過戲劇及身心舞動為核心媒介，同時融入視覺藝術、音樂及創意寫作等，以跨媒介的藝術介入，為服務使用者構建安全、具包容性的創作空間。她相信創作過程具備療癒力量，亦能透過安全而具啟發性的藝術體驗，協助服務使用者抒發情緒、深化自我認識。她期望能以藝術為橋樑連結社區，提升公眾的心理健康。

Carol is dedicated to providing individual and group Expressive Arts Therapy services across the lifespan, supporting individuals with diverse needs—including children, youth, adults, older adults, caregivers, and families. Building upon her ongoing practice in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (such as ADHD and ASD) and youth experiencing emotional distress, her service scope extends to adult mental wellness, caregiver stress relief, healthy aging, and family dynamics. Through expressive arts interventions, she accompanies service users through different life stages in exploring inner resources, navigating life challenges, and fostering holistic well-being.

In her practice, Carol uses Drama and Dance/ Movement as core modalities while integrating visual arts, music, and creative writing through an intermodal approach. This creates a safe, inclusive, and nurturing space for creative expression. She believes in the inherent healing power of the creative process and strives to facilitate emotional release and deeper self-discovery through safe, inspiring therapeutic experiences. Ultimately, she aspires to use art as a bridge to connect communities and cultivate public mental health.
