計劃內容 Project Details/

由香港表達藝術治療服務中心（註冊慈善機構 No: 91/ 16916）主辦，捷成集團全力贊助，專為幼稚園及中小學設計的「校園精神健康推動計劃2026」正式啟動！我們深信，每一種情緒都值得被看見，每一顆心靈都值得被溫柔對待。

Organized by the Hong Kong Expressive Arts Therapy Service Center (Registered Charity No: 91/ 16916) and sponsored by Jebsen Group, the "School Mental Health Promotion Program 2026" is officially launched! Designed specifically for kindergartens, primary schools, and secondary schools, we believe that every emotion deserves to be seen, and every heart deserves to be treated with kindness.

 

類型 Type：

教師表達藝術工作坊：以表達藝術融入校園情緒教育，從自身覺察出發，讓教師辨識及接納個人情緒狀態，再進而理解學生的非語言表達與情緒。

 

家長表達藝術講座：透過講座及表達藝術體驗，強化家長從自身情緒及至子女的情緒需求與回應，建立以家庭為本的情緒支援基礎。

 

親子表達藝術工作坊：透過親子共同參與的表達藝術體驗，建立健康家庭支援體系，提升日常情緒支援。

 

學童情緒支援小組：針對基層家庭學童，提供以表達藝術介入的情緒小組（共2節），協助學童在安全環境中探索及抒發情緒。

 

Teacher Expressive Arts Workshop: Integrating expressive arts into school-based emotional education, starting with self-awareness to help teachers identify and explore their own emotions, and then further understand students' non-verbal expressions and emotions.

 

Parent Expressive Arts Talk: Through talks and hands-on expressive arts experiences, strengthen parents' ability to recognize their own emotions as well as their children's emotional needs and responses to enhance emotional support.

 

Parent-Child Expressive Arts Workshop: Through shared expressive arts experiences for parents and children, build a healthy family support system and enhance daily emotional support.

 

Student Emotional Support Group: For children from underprivileged families, offering an emotional support group using expressive arts interventions to help students explore and express their emotions in a safe environment.
